The Gramont Hotel is a "boutique hotel", located a few steps away from the Paris Opera Garnier, in a quiet street, with a gentle slope, going from Boulevard des Italiens down to la "rue du 4 Septembre".

The hotel welcomes you in a XIXth century building, recently renovated.

AT the very top, at the 6th floor, the bedrooms are set slightly back the street which opens space for each room for a small terrace carefully furnished and decorated with plants.

For a spring or summer breakfast, for a tasteful aperitif or a gentle evening, you will appreciate the calm of this privileged space with a view over the roofs of an historical building, the headoffice of the Credit Lyonnais, a french bank .

The Duplex Junior Suite
with two terraces

A unique 26 m² suite for 2 guests, set over two levels in a duplex layout, with two terraces. The upper level feels elevated and set apart from the city.
Clad in wood and surrounded by greenery, each terrace creates a small haven above Paris, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment in the heart of the city.
Each terrace, on each level, is furnished with Fermob furniture to suit every moment of your stay.

On which floor are the rooms with terraces located?

They are located on the 6th and top floor of the hotel. The lift goes up to the 5th floor; the top floor is then accessible via one flight of stairs. Our team can assist you with your luggage.

Are the terraces private?

Yes. Each of the three Superior Rooms concerned has its own private terrace, while the Duplex Junior Suite features two private terraces.

Is Wi-Fi available on the terraces?

Yes. Wi-Fi coverage is available on the terraces.

Can I have breakfast, a meal or an aperitif on the terrace?

Yes. You can enjoy your private terrace for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply a drink. Our room service team can bring your order to your room so that you can enjoy it on the terrace.

Is the hotel close to the Palais Garnier?

Yes. Hôtel Gramont is located at 22 Rue de Gramont, in Paris 2nd arrondissement. It is 450 metres from Place de l’Opéra and 700 metres from the visitor entrance to the Palais Garnier.
